(A) The office of the Town Court receives money for payment of traffic and other violations.
(B) A need for cash exists for the purpose of making change.
(C) The establishment of a cash change fund is allowed under I.C. 36-1-8-2.
(D) The Town Court is allowed a petty cash change fund in the amount of fifty dollars ($50) for the sole purpose of making change.
