§ 34.010 POLICE DEPARTMENT INCIDENT REPORT ACCOUNT.
   (A)   There is established an incident report account to be designated as the Police Department Incident Report Account.
   (B)   There are further established fees which may be collected by the Police Department for certain reports, photographs, and videotapes, and those fees shall be computed as follows:
      (1)   A fee of $5 for each initial incident report and $3 for each supplemental report furnished by the Police Department.
      (2)   A fee of $2 for each photograph or copy thereof, furnished by the Police Department.
      (3)   A fee of $150 for a videotape or copy thereof, furnished by the Police Department.
      (4)   A fee of $20 for an “administrative vehicle release” fee, as it relates to I.C. 9-22-1-8 and I.C. 24-14-7-2 for vehicles that have been towed/processed and subsequently authorized for release by the Brownsburg Police Department. This fee is to be received into Fund 2228 - Law Enforcement Continuing Education Fund.
   (C)   Fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the general fund.
