§ 34.009 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION GIFT FUND.
   (A)   There is a need to establish a fund for use by the Economic Development Commission for improvements to the Town.
   (B)   Proceeds received are to be used exclusively for the Economic Development and growth in the Town.
   (C)   Disbursement of these funds will be the responsibility of the Economic Development Commission, to be used for projects deemed to be necessary for the improvement, and to the advantage of the Town.
   (D)   This Gift Fund is established and dedicated for use as directed by the Economic Development Commission.
