The Commission shall file a report within thirty (30) days of its initial meeting, and on each subsequent January 31 with the Town Council and with the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, which reports shall be in writing on a form prescribed by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, and which report must contain all information required in that form.
