Commissioners shall not receive salaries but shall be entitled to reimbursement for any expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of their duties. Further, the Town Council may, if they deem it necessary, authorize a per diem allowance that members of the State General Assembly receive for each day the Commissioner attends a meeting of the Commission.
