The operation, management and all functions of the Board of Fire Commissioners are to be governed by, and pursuant to, all regulations and requirements specified in this subchapter, or as otherwise provided by law. The duties of the Board of Fire Commissioners shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, submission of budget proposals, job descriptions and recommendations as to acquisition or disposal of fire and rescue equipment, all subject to the approval of the members of the Fire Protection Territory; i.e., Brownsburg Town Council, Lincoln Township (Trustee), Brown Township (Trustee).
