§ 31.85 ESTABLISHMENT.
   The Town Council creates an Information Technology Department (the “ITD”) to coordinate and oversee the Town's purchase and installation of hardware and software, and to administer the information technology policies established by the Town. The ITD shall consist of the Town Manager, the Clerk-Treasurer, the Wastewater Supervisor and the Water Supervisor.
