§ 31.19 HIRING AND DISCHARGE OF FIREFIGHTERS.
   The hiring and discharging of firefighters shall be at the discretion of the Board of Fire Commissioners and the Fire Chief, and shall be conducted in the manner prescribed by I.C. 36-8-3-4 and I.C. 36-8-3-4.1
