The Council may do the following:
(A) Adopt ordinances and resolutions for the performance of functions of the Town.
(B) Purchase, hold, and convey any interest in property, for the use of the Town.
(C) Adopt and use a common seal.
(D) Issue bonds for the purpose of procuring money to be used in the exercise of the powers of the town and for the payment of town debts in accordance with I.C. 36-5-2-11.
(E) Make loans and issue notes for the purpose of refunding those loans in anticipation of revenues of the town in accordance with I.C. 36-5-2-12.
(F) Exercise all powers that are needed for the effective operation of local governmental affairs.
