   131.04 ADMINISTRATION OF FEDERAL GRANTS.
   The City of Brookville shall apply the following policies to the administration of federal grants.
   (a)   Cash Management of Grants Policy.
   (b)   Cost Principles Policy.
   (c)   Grant Funds Policy.
   (d)   Time and Effort Reporting Policy.
   (e)   Procurement Policy.
   (f)   Internal Controls Policy.
