1353.99 PENALTY.

(a) Failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable as a minor misdemeanor. Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of these sections shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(b) A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation of this chapter occurs or continues.
