(a) When the conditions which constitute a nuisance pose an immediate threat to the public health, safety, or welfare, the Property Maintenance Office may require correction of the nuisance situation within seven days after serving proper notice on the owners or persons in possession of the property.
(b) Recognizing the expediency required under this section, the Clerk of Council is authorized to set a public hearing date for the Planning Commission to hear an appeal from an order issued under this section. (Ord. 1990-04. Passed 6-19-90.)
