1353.01 PURPOSE.

The condition of all premises and the exterior of all buildings and structures shall be maintained at a level in keeping with the standards of the Municipality. The purpose of this chapter shall be the elimination and prevention of blighting effects and hazards to health, safety, and welfare of the public citizens of the Municipality.
