1331.06 BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING THE AREAS OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD.
   For the purposes of these regulations, the basis for establishing the area of special flood hazard shall be those areas identified in the Flood Insurance Study Montgomery County, Ohio and Incorporated Areas and related Flood Insurance Rate Maps both dated January 6, 2005.
   (a)   Flood Insurance Rate Maps for Brookville include but are not limited to: Panel 105 of 400 Map No. 39113C0105E Panel 106 of 400 Map No. 39113C0106E Panel 107 of 400 Map No. 39113C0107E Panel 108 of 400 Map No. 39113C0108E Panel 109 of 400 Map No. 39113C0109E
and copies of these Maps are available at the City offices for viewing.
Flood Insurance Rate Maps for areas adjoining Brookville include but are not limited to the following (included here for reference):

      and copies of these maps are available at the City offices for viewing.
   (b)    Other studies and/or maps which may be relied upon for establishment ofthe flood protection elevation, delineation of the 100-year floodplain, floodways or delineation of other areas of special flood hazard include studies already on file with the City of Brookville for the Un-named tributary of Wolf Creek, the confluence of which is located near the intersection of Upper Lewisburg-Salem Road and Arlington Road.
   (c)    Any hydrologic and hydraulic engineering analysis authored by a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio which has been approved by the City of Brookville as required by Section 1331.27 Subdivisions and Large Developments.
   Any revisions to the aforementioned maps and/or studies are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of these regulations. Such maps and/or studies are on file at the City Manager's Office, 301 Sycamore St., P.O. Box 10, Brookville, Ohio 45309-0010.
