In the event of a conflict between a provision of the National Electrical Code, as adopted in Section 1309.01, and a provision of any other standard technical code, as adopted by the City, or a provision of any local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, that provision which establishes the higher or stricter standard shall control.
