1170.01 MEDICAL MARIJUANA USES.

Medical marijuana cultivators, processors, and retail dispensaries, as authorized in Chapter 3796 of the Ohio Revised Code, are hereby prohibited within all zoning districts in the City of Brookville. A zoning permit shall not be issued for any medical marijuana cultivators, processors, or retail dispensaries in any zoning district in the City of Brookville.
