The powers and duties of the Municipal Council pertaining to the Municipal zoning shall be as follows:
(a) Council shall appoint members to the Municipal Planning Commission.
(b) Approve the appointment by the Municipal Manager of the Zoning Enforcement Officer to administer and enforce the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance.
(c) Council shall appoint members to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
(d) Initiate or act upon suggested amendments to the Zoning Ordinance text or Official Zoning District Map.
