961.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

(b) In the event that a violation of this chapter is charged under another chapter, the penalty shall be as set forth in the chapter under which the violation is charged.
