961.20 PUBLIC MEETINGS.

Persons desiring to hold a public meeting, debate, concert, or gathering, shall request a permit from the Board of Park Trustees. Family parties or small groups of picnickers (under 200) shall not be required to obtain a permit, unless a shelter is being rented.
