961.19 COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES.

(a) No person shall sell or offer for sale any article, privilege, or service in a park unless such sale or offer is pursuant to written agreement with the Board of Park Trustees.

(b) No person shall beg or peddle while on park property.

(c) No person shall operate boats on park ponds except by permission of the Board of Park Trustees. (Ord. 436. Passed 12-7-76.)
