961.16 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES; INTOXICATING LIQUORS; INTOXICATING OR HALLUCINOGENIC DRUGS.

(a) No person shall take into or make use of any kind of alcoholic beverage or drug of abuse within park property.

(b) No person shall enter or remain in a park while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage or drug.
