961.11 REMOVAL OR DESTRUCTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES.

(a) Removal of Natural Resources. No person shall dig, move, or carry away any rock, stone, sod, sand, earth, tree, woods, shrub, plant, flower, nut, or other seed in a park without written permission from the Board of Park Trustees.

(b) Destruction of Natural Resources. No person shall trample upon, injure, destroy, break, cut, chop, or deface in any manner any stone, tree, shrub, plant, or flower in a park.
