(a) Removal of Property. No person shall remove any property, or part thereof, from the park, which is owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by the Board of Park Trustees, without the written permission of the Board.
(b) Destruction of Property. No person shall write upon, cut, mutilate, deface, or damage in any manner any building, equipment, or property controlled by the Board of Park Trustees. (Ord. 436. Passed 12-7-76.)
