931.23 CHARGES FOR DAMAGED, FROZEN, LOST METERS.

All charges for replacement of AMR transmitters and AMR meters that are damaged, frozen, or lost will be replaced on an actual cost basis and must be paid when the next bill comes due. All AMR transmitters and AMR meters over one inch will be replaced on an actual cost basis plus a meter set fee. (Ord. 2010-04. Passed 3-16-10.)
