(a) Applications for fire protection connections shall be made in the regular way, and no connections shall be made ahead of the meter without written permission from the Municipal Manager. In the application for fire line connections, the property owner shall agree to install, at his own expense, any fire line meters which the Municipal Manager may require at some later date. All fire line connections shall be sealed by the Municipal Manager, and notification shall be sufficient ground for discontinuing fire line service until line is metered at the expense of the owner.
(b) All persons having fire line connections must submit to the Municipal Manager a report giving the number of sprinkler heads, hydrants, cisterns, and other connections to the City water lines. (Ord. 359. Passed 3-16-71.)
