No person without a written permit from the Municipal Manager is allowed to turn a stopcock, hydrant, or valve other than as provided in the Rules and Regulations governing Plumbers, excepting members of the Fire Division in the performance of their duties. In case trouble occurs between the main and the stop and waste, or in the meter, the Municipal Manager should be called. If the trouble is beyond the meter, the stop and waste should be shut off and a plumber called. (Ord. 359. Passed 3-16-71.)
