Businesses subject to sexually oriented business licensing required by this chapter are classified as follows:
(a) Adult arcades;
(b) Adult book stores, adult novelty stores, or adult video stores;
(c) Adult cabarets;
(d) Adult motion picture theaters;
(e) Adult theaters;
(f) Escort Agency;
(g) Massage Parlor;
(h) Nude model studios;
(i) Sexual encounter centers; and
(j) Any combination of classifications set forth in subsections (a) through (i) hereof. (Ord. 2005-10. Passed 10-18-05.)
