377.03 SKATEBOARDING PROHIBITED ON STREETS.

No person shall skateboard on any street except when crossing a street on a crosswalk and when so crossing such person shall be granted all of the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to pedestrians. Whoever violates this section shall be subject to the penalty specified in Section 377.99.
