351.14 STOPPING, STANDING, OR PARKING PROHIBITED IN SPECIFIED PLACES.
   (a)    No person shall move a vehicle not owned by such person into any prohibited area, or away from a curb such distance as is unlawful.
   (b)    No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle upon a street in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic, except that a driver may stop temporarily during the actual loading or unloading of passengers, or when necessary in obedience to traffic regulations, traffic signs or signals, or a police officer.
   (c)    No person shall park a vehicle in any alley except to load or unload merchandise to or from such vehicle. (Ord. 367. Passed 9-21-71.)
   (d)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
