No person shall operate any vehicle within the Municipality in violation of Ohio R.C. 4511.19, which is incorporated herein by reference as if fully rewritten herein as presently enacted by the legislature of the State, together with any subsequent amendments to Ohio R.C. 4511.19 hereafter enacted by the legislature of the State.
Any person convicted of or pleading guilty to any section of Ohio R.C. 4511.19 shall be subject to the penalties provided in Ohio R.C. 4511.99, which is incorporated herein by reference as if fully rewritten herein as presently enacted by the legislature of the State, together with any subsequent amendments to Ohio R.C. 4511.99 hereinafter enacted by the legislature of the State.
