139.01 FIRE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FUND.
   (a)    The title of the Fire Equipment Fund shall hereby be amended to read Fire Capital Improvements Fund (Fire Equipment).
   (b)    Council shall set and establish the amount of the moneys that are received by the Municipality, from payments made pursuant to Buyer Protection Contracts which shall then be placed in the Fire Capital Improvements Fund (Fire Equipment).
