A Code of Special Ordinances shall be established and maintained by the Clerk of Council. The ordinances to be incorporated in this Code of Special Ordinances shall include ordinances for contracts, franchises, easements, vacation of streets and alleys, dedication and plat approval, acquisition and disposal of real property, street grade and change of name of streets, annexation and detachment of territory, zoning map changes, highways and any other ordinances that the Clerk of Council and Law Director would determine to be properly included in the Code of Special Ordinances. The Clerk of Council shall maintain an index for the Code of Special Ordinances. The ordinances presently included in the Code of Ordinances of the Municipality of Brookville under the heading of Table of Special Ordinances shall be removed and placed in the Code of Special Ordinances established by this chapter.
