109.05 ACCEPTANCE AND EXECUTION OF SALES.

Upon the acceptance of a sale agreement or sale contract for real estate as set forth in either the competitive bidding process or the contract negotiation, Council shall appoint the Municipal Manager or other officer as they choose to execute and complete any and all contracts so entered into. (Ord. 1990-14. Passed 10-16-90.)
