(a) All surveys relating to the establishment or retracement of property boundaries in the Municipality shall under this chapter, be subject to its requirements and acts.
(b) The work shall be performed by a competent professional surveyor as defined in Ohio R.C. 4733, and shall meet or exceed the minimum performance requirements as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4733.
