(a) The Municipality grants to the Brookville Historical Society, Inc. the exclusive right and license for the use of the Municipal Seal on products marketed to the public. Any profits from the sale of products bearing the Municipal Seal shall be the exclusive property of the Brookville Historical Society, Inc.
(b) There is, however, reserved to the Municipality all official uses of the Municipal Seal for use on municipal vehicles, stationery, and all other official uses.
(c) The license granted herein is revocable and can be revoked at any time by a majority vote of Council.
(d) The Municipality shall assume no liability for personal injury or property damage or any other liability of whatsoever kind and nature arising from use by persons of products marketed by the Brookville Historical Society, Inc. and bearing the Municipal Seal and the Brookville Historical Society, Inc. agrees to indemnify and save and to hold harmless the Municipality from any such liability.
(e) Brookville Historical Society, Inc. agrees to make available within a reasonable time upon demand by a majority vote of Council all financial records pertaining to the income and expenses incident to the sale of products by the Brookville Historical Society, Inc. bearing the Municipal Seal.
(f) Each use of the Municipal Seal must be proposed to a three-member committee of Council members appointed by the Mayor who shall report their recommendation for approval or disapproval of the proposed use to the full Council who shall approve or disapprove the proposed use.
(g) Possible uses of the seal by way of illustration and not by way of limitation are use on products such as decals, jacket patches, plates, and mugs. There shall be no use of the seal granted by the Brookville Historical Society, Inc. for use on official municipal stationery products.
