Whenever any provision of this Charter, or an ordinance or resolution, provides that conduct of officials or employees of the Municipality shall constitute malfeasance, misfeasance, or nonfeasance, such officials or employees may be removed from their office or position of employment with the Municipality in the manner provided by the general laws of Ohio or if no such laws exist, in the manner provided by ordinance or resolution of the Municipality.
