§ 50.40  LIGHT DEPARTMENT RESIDENTIAL SCHEDULE.
   (A)   Ord. 2-1976 shall be amended in that the security light rate schedule shall be raised to the sum of $7 per month.
   (B)   Ord. 2-1976 shall remain in full force and effect in all other respects as previously adopted.
   (C)   This amendment shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and signing by the President of the Town Board of Trustees.
