(A) All sanitary sewers and watermains shall be located within easements outside of the public right- of-way. The easement shall be of adequate size and location for access, maintenance, and/or replacement of the utility. All easements shall be dedicated to the town. The town shall approve easement location and size as part of the plan approval process.
(B) All storm drainage easement requirements of the county shall be met.
(C) Electric utility shall either be located within the public road right-of-way or within a dedicated utility easement.
