(A) The following rates and charges pertaining to large power customers (greater than 50kW) are hereby adopted and established for the use of the service rendered by the Brookston Electric Utility to said large power customers:
Customer Charge (per month) | $25.00 |
Maximum Demand Charge | $4.00 per kW per month |
Energy Charge | $0.0730 per kWh per month |
(B) Ordinance No. 11, 2008 shall, in all other respects not inconsistent herewith, remain in full force and effect including provisions which adopted rates and charges for residential and commercial customers.
(C) The electric utility rates and charges adopted hereby shall become effective for all bills payable on or after May 1, 2009.
(D) This section shall be in full force and effect after its passage.
