§ 50.02  COST ADJUSTMENT FACTORS APPLICABLE TO ELECTRIC UTILITY RATES.
   (A)   The utility is hereby authorized to incorporate into its schedule of rates and charges a cost adjustment factor in the form similar to that in Appendix A to this chapter.
   (B)   The utility shall redetermine the cost adjustment factor no less often than quarterly and submit in the form of an ordinance to this Town Council for review and approval.
   (C)   This section shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
