§ 32.12  POLICE DEPARTMENT; POINTS OF EMPHASIS.
   (A)   The Police Department is expected to work 90 hours per seven-day period.
   (B)   Visibility between the hours of 6:00 to 11:00 P.M. during the week.
   (C)   Police cars are to remain in town except for official police business (such as county or state police requesting assistance; or to Monticello for court or jail, and the like or for vehicle repairs). The main concern is the town, if there is any other need to take the car out of town, a request should be made to the Town Council.
   (D)   Any association memberships will not be considered part of your working hours. All employees must meet required training hours per year or loose power or arrest (per I.C. 5-2-1-9).
   (E)   All hours worked will be paid straight time, except approved holidays will be paid time and one- half.
