§ 31.40 PURCHASE ORDERS AND EQUIPMENT LEASES.

   Within 30 days after accepting an offer, the purchasing agent shall:

   (A)   Deliver to the successful offeror, either in person or by first class mail, the original of each purchase order or equipment lease;

   (B)   Retain a copy for the purchasing agent’s records; and

   (C)   File a copy of the purchase order or equipment lease with the Clerk-Treasurer.
