§ 31.16  TOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT GIFT FUND.
   (A)   There is hereby established a Town Police Department Gift Fund for the Town Police Department for the receipt of gifts made to such Fund as may be received from time to time. The Town Clerk-Treasurer shall keep a full and complete record of all receipts thereto and disbursements made therefrom.
   (B)   Subject to the approval of the Town Council, the monies in such Fund shall be used for continuing education for the Town Marshal and members of the Town Police Department.
