§ 91.32 PERMIT FEES.

   There shall be a permit fee paid to the town for each permit as follows:

   (A)   Road excavations/cuts: $25 per lineal foot with a $500 minimum fee, per street, per cut, other than under division (H) below;

   (B)   Borings under streets: $3 per lineal foot with $100 minimum per bore;

   (C)   Trenching/excavating adjacent to roadway but within right-of-way: $1 per lineal foot with $100 minimum;

   (D)   Sidewalk and alley cuts: $1 per lineal foot with $100 minimum;

   (E)   Borings within right-of-way but adjacent to roadway: $1 per lineal foot with $100 minimum;

   (F)   Pole lines: $75 per pole or minimum of $500 with three adjacent poles or more;

   (G)   Drops or service wires: No permit or fee required for service wires from structure to residence, unless road excavation or bore is required;

   (H)   Temporary construction or access roads: To be determined by Town Street Superintendent, based on dimensions, duration of use, additional costs from the town.
