§ 31.04  VALUE FOR FIXED ASSET INVENTORY.
   (A)   Any item having a value of less than $5,000 shall not be necessary to include in the fixed asset inventory.
   (B)   This section shall be in full force and effect starting January 1, 2005, and after its passage and signing the Town Council.
