(A) The town does hereby indicate its intention to participate (or maintain participation) in the National Flood Insurance Program.
(B) The town does hereby adopt by reference is hereby adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein, and the provisions of Ord. 9 (county ordinance number) and does designate the County Plan Commission as its planning and zoning agency.
(C) The Town Hall (or appropriate agency) shall maintain a copy of this section, together with Ord. 9 (county ordinance number) in the manner town ordinances are kept and available for public inspection.
