§ 151.07  EXTENSION OF UTILITIES.
   (A)   Extension of utility supply lines (electric, water, and sanitary sewer) from the point of connection into the existing municipal system to and throughout the proposed development, whether within or outside of the town corporation limits, shall be the responsibility of the owner of the subdivision or addition, at his or her own expense. The materials, design, layout, and construction of the proposed extension of utilities shall be subject to the acceptance and approval of the Town Board or its authorized representative.
   (B)   In order to facilitate further expansion or development, if the town wishes any one or all of these utility lines to be extended to and through the proposed development at a diameter in excess of the minimum subdivision and addition standards required or as herein previously set forth, then the town shall be responsible for the additional material and installation costs encountered.
