§ 151.01  INFORMATION MAP.
   (A)   The owner of the subdivision or addition shall provide the town a detailed location map of the proposed development as prepared by a registered engineer certified to practice in the state.
   (B)   Said map shall include among other features:
      (1)   The name of the owner of the subdivision or addition, name, and state registration number of the engineer who prepared the design, layout, and/or subsequent map of the proposed development, date of preparation;
      (2)   The exact location and size of the proposed subdivision or addition including legal description and relationship to existing town boundaries;
      (3)   Direction orientation including north arrow;
      (4)   Scale of drawing by graphical representation, as well as by written statement. The recommended scale for this map is one inch equals 50 feet;
      (5)   The lot area and dimensions of each lot line for each and every lot in the proposed development. Dimensions and names shall also be provided for each and every street;
      (6)   Provisions for utility easements, not less than ten feet in overall width for each property lot, for any and all lots within proposed subdivision or addition;
      (7)   The location of any and all proposed utilities to be provided within the subdivision or addition;
      (8)   Notation of significant topographic features including contour lines (shown lightly) on two- foot intervals. All elevations and contours shall be referenced to at least two well defined established points (bench marks) within the town and to two similar points within the subdivision or addition; and
      (9)   Provide upon completion an as-built drawing, showing all approved changes made by the Board of Trustees.
