§ 92.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 92.01 through 92.08 shall also be subject to the following penalties.

         (a)   First offense. Fine of $50.

         (b)   Second offense. Fine $200.

         (c)   Third or subsequent offense. Fine of $500.

      (2)   Each day that any nuisance remains following the deadline given in the notice constitutes a separate violation.

      (3)   All fines are assessed in addition to any costs incurred by the town pursuant to § 92.05.
