(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of § 91.15 through 91.17 shall be subject to such skateboard or similar device being confiscated by the Town Police Department or other persons designated by the Town Council. The Town Police Department in lieu of a $20 civil penalty shall hold such skateboard. A second or subsequent offense shall be a fine of $100.
